Refund Policy

Consumers should read all of the information carefully before making a purchase.

By agreeing to work with us and paying the service charge, you automatically accept all of the following terms and conditions.

If a challenge phase or funded account is failed by us due to violating the rules set by the prop firm, you are entitled to receive a full refund of the fee you paid to us or you can also opt for a free retry.

You will not be eligible for a refund if:

1. The account has more than 2% drawdown when the order is placed.

2. You trade in the account while we are managing it.

3. You choose to terminate our services.

4. Your prop firm profit target and drawdawn does not fit our requirements (Check FAQ).

5. You already withdrew profits from the funded account.

Please be aware that the refund is specific to the failed account; each phase has its own designated account.
